Eye problems from Smoke

I have a 9 year old Arabian. His health is very good but since this smoke has been in the air down here, he has some stuff coming from his eye. I use colloidal silver for many things personally. Can I use this to keep his eye cleansed or will it hurt him? Pat

Smoke can damage many tissues in the respiratory tract, sometimes permanently. Any mucous membrane is affected, inflamed, and otherwise irritated. Silver might help it a bit but really will not do much for the inflammation and irritation, just for bacterial secondary infections. Will not hurt.
