This is a wonderful herbal liniment that uses Arnica and other herbs in a Witch Hazel base. Arnica has been used for centuries for sore muscles. This liniment is great for using as a bath after exercise and for a rub down on the legs. This is the only body wash worth using, as the ingredients actually penetrate and work on the muscles. The effects of regular liniments only penetrate a few millimeters.

Can be used topically after injuries where the skin is unbroken, such as tendon and ligament injuries.
