How TTEAM and TTOUCH Help an Anxious Mare, A scientific look at the results
TTEAM and TTOUCH are excellent methods developed by Linda Tellington-Jones to teach and rehabilitate horses. Though some research has been done to show what happens during the TTEAM process, most has not been in horses. We are very lucky to have permission to publish the results of a year long project working with an anxious horse. Brain wave studies were done, measuring the EEG patterns. There were significant changes over both the course of the year and during the sessions. This is a fascinating paper, though long and technical at times, it is very readable. We have books on TTEAM in the store portion of the web site, if you wish to read more or find out what the exercises are that are discussed in the paper.

present in many barns. Respiratory infections and allergies, coughs,
and heaves are frequently seen. Other issues that occur when horses
are kept inside include nutritional deficiencies, arthritis, and
many behavioral problems. So, if you keep your horses inside a
barn, open the doors, let the air circulate, and best of all try
to find some turnout time.
